Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with all necessary amenities, but the heavy lemon room freshener might be overwhelming for some. The service was exceptional, with a cooperative and helpful attitude. The location is convenient, near iconic landmarks, although some cleanliness issues were noted. The dining experience was average, lacking attentive staff presence. Overall, a decent option with good value for money.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were comfortable with a very nice outside view of the sports complex, making it feel like a palace. We had a great time with my team, enjoying good food and nice rooms. The service was top-notch, courteous, helpful, and friendly, making the whole experience awesome. The location was very good, close to MI Road and within walking distance from the Albert Hall Museum. The dining experience had some ups and downs but overall good. The facilities were adequate, meeting our needs during our stay.
The hotel is located close to the main road, and the rooms, although fine and clean, give the impression of a special treat just for the first night. The service is exceptional, with extremely friendly staff always ready to assist. The location is convenient, near many attractions in the pink city. The dining options are varied, offering a mix of Indian and continental dishes. Overall, a pleasant experience with a few nuances to consider.
The hotel offers very spacious rooms, much bigger than typical budget hotels, with amenities like LCD TV. While there was a bit of initial dampness that disappeared with air-conditioning, the staff seemed to go the extra mile only for the first night. The location is central, providing easy access to city attractions and shopping streets.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were overall clean and accommodating, although they lacked proper lighting and maintenance, particularly Room no 312. On the bright side, the rooms were more spacious than expected.
The hotel offers good and spacious rooms with the convenience of adding an extra bed for kids, although we faced an issue with the AC control in our room that required maintenance attention. The staff was friendly and helpful, guiding us on local tourist spots, though there was a lack of proactive interaction on a specific matter. The excellent location, especially for shopping and sightseeing in Jaipur near major attractions like Hawa Mahal and Bapu Bazaar, adds significant value. The dining experience was good with a diverse selection, but with some timing issues, and the facilities met expectations.
